Account deletion

Version of 3 September 2026. Choose whether your question concerns the de.load mobile app or the website and trainer panel — the processes differ.

The Polish version is the source version. Where translations differ, the Polish text governs.

1Deleting your account from inside the app

In the app go to More → Account, scroll to the „Account deletion" section and type the word USUŃ to confirm.

The account is disabled immediately — you can no longer sign in with it. The data itself we delete after a seven-day grace period.

The app currently has no button to cancel the request. During that period the screen shows only the deletion date. If the request was a mistake, write to us before the date passes — see point 2.

2Requesting deletion without access to the app

Write to [email protected] from the address the account is registered to, and say in the message that you want it deleted — or that you want to cancel a request from a few days ago.

We reply and manually start or cancel the request within 30 days at the latest (the GDPR response deadline). From the moment it starts, the same seven-day grace period applies as for a request made from the app. If the message comes from an address other than the one linked to the account, we will ask you to confirm your identity.

3What we delete for good

After seven days the following disappear from the account for ever:

  • profile: sex, height, age, goal, activity level, time zone,
  • all workouts: sessions, sets, loads, repetitions and personal records,
  • training plans: routines, days and the exercises saved in them,
  • favourite exercises and exercises you added yourself,
  • the diet journal: meals, diet days, calorie target, cardio entries,
  • weigh-in history,
  • plan unlocks (by advert and temporary) and the PRO entitlement,
  • login sessions (refresh tokens) and email verification tokens,
  • the account itself — email address, password, links to Google and Apple.

The operation is irreversible — we have no way to restore an account after that date.

4What remains

Nothing that could be tied to you. The mobile app has no trainer–client relationship and no invoices of its own — the PRO subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store, and receipts and payment history stay in those stores, not with us. All that remains are anonymised statistical counters with no link to a person.

5Who is responsible for this data

The data controller is de.load coaching. The legal bases for processing and your other rights are described in the privacy policy.
