de.loadcoaching

Terms of Service

Version of 5 September 2026. Choose whether your question concerns the de.load mobile app or the de.load coaching trainer panel — two different products and two different sets of rules.

The Polish version is the source version. Where translations differ, the Polish text governs.

1What these terms cover

This scope covers the de.load mobile app for Android and iOS: accounts created in the app, recording workouts and diet, and the PRO subscription. You accept it when creating an account, and we record which version of the document you accepted.

The mobile app works on its own. You do not need a trainer, and the trainer panel terms (commissions, packages, marketplace) do not concern you — they sit in the second tab and are there for trainers only.

How we handle data is described in a separate document — the privacy policy. These terms say what we agree to; the policy says what we do with data.

2Your account

Using the app requires an account — without one there is nowhere to save workouts. You create it with an email address and password, or through Google or Apple. One person runs one account; we share passwords with nobody and neither should you.

The app is intended for adults. We collect health and fitness data, and for an account belonging to a minor that would require a guardian's consent, which we have no way of collecting.

We may block an account if somebody tries to circumvent the limits of the free version, forges purchases or queries our server automatically. We state the reason, and it can always be appealed — see §9.

3What the app does, and what it does not

The app lets you record workouts, keep a diet journal, track your weight and follow your progress. It also builds a training plan and calculates your calorie needs from data you enter yourself.

Those calculations are estimates based on statistical formulas, not recommendations tailored to your state of health. You can change them at any time and you decide whether to use them. The same goes for load suggestions and the lighter week: those are hints drawn from your own history, not instructions.

We aim for the app to run without interruption but do not guarantee it — updates, provider outages and maintenance happen. A workout recorded with no signal stays on your phone and reaches the server when the network returns.

4Free version and PRO

The free version lets you train: it runs workouts, diet and progress, with the limits described in the app at each feature. PRO lifts the limits and adds the features marked in the app.

Prices come from the store, not from us: Google Play or the App Store, in your currency, tax included. The price shown in the app comes from that same source. We take no payments outside the store and we do not see your card details.

The subscription renews itself until you cancel. You cancel in the store's subscription settings — we have no access to them and cannot do it for you. After cancelling, PRO works until the end of the paid period; we do not cut it off on the day you cancel, because that period was bought.

A trial period, where available, lasts as long as the store states and turns into a paid subscription if you do not cancel before it ends. Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules — we do not take payments, so we cannot refund them.

5Advertising in the free version

The free version shows advertising. Before we show the first advert, we ask for consent — in the European Union with a Google form, and on iPhone additionally with the system tracking dialog. Refusing blocks nothing: the app works the same and the adverts are non-personalised.

We do not show adverts during a workout — neither while entering a set nor during a running rest timer. Some features can be unlocked for a day by watching an advert voluntarily; that is always your choice, never a condition of use.

The PRO version shows no advertising at all.

6Your data and content

The workouts, meals, measurements and custom exercises you enter belong to you. You can export them from the app at any time and delete them along with your account.

We do not sell that data and do not pass it to advertisers. What exactly we collect and who we entrust it to is described in the privacy policy.

Food products you add by barcode are an exception — you add them to a shared catalogue, so once we have checked an entry, other people using the app will see it too. Until then it is visible only to you.

By adding a product you confirm that you are copying the data from its label and that you may share it. You give us a free, indefinite permission to show that entry to other people in the app. We may refuse to publish an entry or remove it without giving a reason — for example when the numbers look like a mistake. A rejected entry stays on your account and you keep using it.

The person who added an entry is responsible for its content. We review submissions, but we cannot verify every value on every label — treat catalogue data as help, not as the manufacturer's nutrition information.

7Health — read this before you start

de.load is not a medical device and does not serve to diagnose, treat or monitor illness. It does not replace advice from a doctor, a dietitian or a trainer.

If you are pregnant, have a chronic illness, take medication, are recovering from something or have an eating disorder — consult a doctor about your training and nutrition plan before you start.

Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

8Deleting your account and ending the agreement

You can delete your account from the app at any time, without giving a reason. The request has a seven-day grace period, after which we erase the data irreversibly. Step by step, including without access to the app: the account deletion page.

Deleting the account does not end the subscription in the store — that has to be cancelled separately, where it was bought. Otherwise the store would keep charging for an account that no longer exists.

We may stop providing the service, giving reasonable notice and leaving time to export your data.

9Complaints and law

We take complaints and questions at [email protected]. We reply within 14 days.

Polish law applies, but that does not remove the consumer protection you are owed under the law of your country of residence in the European Union. We try to resolve disputes in conversation first; if that fails, the court with jurisdiction under the applicable rules decides.

The operator's registration details (de.load coaching) will be added here before the app launches.

10Changes to these terms

These terms will grow along with the app. We give notice of material changes in the app or by email, in advance, and we record which version you accepted. If you do not agree to a new version, you can delete your account — see §8.

The version date is at the top of this page. Previous versions are available on request.
